UPDATE INFORMATION
--------------------------------------------------------------------

This character was originally made by Deuce. Kitsune Sniper is
currently the only one authorized to host and keep this character
updated. So no one else is authorized to host him. LAY OFF.

As of April 20, 2002, you should have obtained this character
from the Mugen section of Kitsune's Den. [http://vice.parodius.com/]
Deuce has decided to quit making characters for Mugen, and has
entrusted me, Kitsune Sniper, with hosting and updating this
character in case that an update of Mugen causes it to stop working
fully.

The password that was originally protecting these files has been
removed with Deuce's consent.

Please note that the host did not have anything to do with the
development and programming of this character. It -should- work with
all versions of Mugen above 2000.11.29. If it does not, make sure
everything is installed correctly, and make sure that your Mugen
version is at least 2000.11.29.

Please do not bother Deuce with bug reports. He will not reply. And
neither will I, seeing that I have no clue how this character is set
up. Apologies.

Well, enjoy. And to all the warehouses out there, may you sit upon
the crotch of an overturned, excited male donkey without
yourselves wearing any pants on.

MUGEN 2000.11.29 Update Release: Monday, 01-29-2001

--------------------------------------------------------------------
UPDATE HISTORY [Kitsune Sniper]

Version 6.1:
-== First patch update==-
April 22, 2002
== Fixed the Reppuken & Double Reppuken damage values for both '96
   & Enhanced mode. Thanks to RickNuckery for pointing this out!
== Corrected the Invalid State error when attempting to perform the
   Raging Storm while in Advanced POW mode using the C button.
   Thanks to Godbilla for explaining the bug.
== Added The King of Fighters 2001 style BGPalFX effects to the SDM
   moves in both modes. Thanks to Shin Dio for the suggestion.

Version 6:
-== First Public Re-release ==-
April 20, 2002
== Fixed an activation problem with the Desperation Moves... You
   could use DMs that could only be used in one mode in both modes.
   Now the Deadly Rave can only be performed in Advanced Mode, and
   the Rashoumon can only be performed in '96 Mode, as was originally
   intended. Adding one extra State Controller that stopped the
   execution of the move and threw Geese into State 0 instead fixed it.

April 17, 2002
== Fixed a Float truncated to Integer bug in the secret move.
== Fixed the sounds and timing used in two winposes. They are now
   KOF '96 accurate.
== Optimized the SFF even further.

April 13, 2002
== Added three missing required sprites.
== Added six Shippuken sprites that dissapared when the original SFF
   was built...

April 5, 2002
== Fixed a camera problem in the Strong Punch grab. [Deuce]

--------------------------------------------------------------------
NOTES

== Please read the Readme.txt file first so you can read the movelist
   and the reason why there are two CMD files instead of one.

== By default, the command for the Raging Storm is not the usual
   "pretzel" [down-back, hcb, down-forward + punch], but a double
   Hadouken move [down, down-forward, forward x 2]. This is because
   doing the pretzel move is hard as hell on a keyboard. :P If you want
   the pretzel back, open up the dgeese.cmd (or dgeese-capcommie.cmd if
   you're using that one) and find these two lines:

; Raging Storm
[Command]
name = "Raging Storm A"
;command = ~DB, F, D, B, DF, x
;Wuss command for those who can't do the "pretzel" reliably
command = ~D, F, D, F, x
time = 35

[Command]
name = "Raging Storm C"
;command = ~DB, F, D, B, DF, a
;Wuss command for those who can't do the "pretzel" reliably
command = ~D, F, D, F, a
time = 35

   Change them to this:

; Raging Storm
[Command]
name = "Raging Storm A"
command = ~DB, F, D, B, DF, x
;Wuss command for those who can't do the "pretzel" reliably
;command = ~D, F, D, F, x
time = 35

[Command]
name = "Raging Storm C"
command = ~DB, F, D, B, DF, a
;Wuss command for those who can't do the "pretzel" reliably
;command = ~D, F, D, F, a
time = 35

CREDITS

SNK, for making another great game, in spite of its many flaws.
Deuce, since he put the time and effort into converting this sucker.
Shadow Watcher, for tons of great advice and helping me to keep the
  two versions drastically different and still fun to play. If not
  for him, the Rashoumon would not be included, and there probably
  wouldn't BE two versions. UPDATE: Thanks again for the idea of
  including the ReppuGorenHa from FFWA.
Visual Kreations, for letting me use some of his sprites and for his
  oh-so-handy AI structure.
NeoGouki, for more programming advice (as always;P).
Kyo Kusanagi, for his awesome suggestions on shrinking the CMD (and
  Geese's was pretty damn big).

THANKS

Deuce--
  C'mon, he converted this kickass boss. And he's helping me
  stumble through Mugen coding. The least I can do is thank him. Or
  send him a bottle of tequila over air mail. ;)

Mugen Shank--
  Erm, for not banning me, perhaps? Nah, for providing at least a place
  where I can see that not all people are lame. At least not in my eyes.

Mugen Development Forum--
  Face it, this was the place where at least 80% of all English speaking
  Mugen creators came out of. This place has its flaws, but the forum
  is still useful.

The romhacking scene--
  Erm, most of you are cool. Much of my life revolves around this other
  hobby... and a lot of good friends were done while I poked around so many
  good games that never arrived in this side of the pond. There are too many
  people to name, so thanks to all of you.

  Except InVerse. He can go get fucked anally by a herpes-riddled donkey. And
  no, this isn't the Mugen Inverse (who is a spaniard).

Jeremy Chadwick--
  For hosting me. All hail the all-powerful and mighty lord of Parodius!

O.S., L.M., N.D., & S.M.--
  For not letting me kill myself. Yes, I'll never forget that...

--------------------------------------------------------------------
DISCLAIMER

  All sprites & sounds belong to SNK. 99.9% of the coding is by Deuce.
  The rest is all mine! Yes, those fifteen lines of code are mine. :P

  These files are provided to be used at your own risk. Neither of the
  authors can be held responsible if something goes wrong. You may use
  some of the coding, but not all of it. The only thing you may not touch
  is the AI file. Got it?

--------------------------------------------------------------------
CONTACT INFORMATION

  The author's emails are available at the top of this document. Please
  contact Kitsune Sniper if you want to report some bugs, make comments,
  what should I add, etcetera. You can email Deuce too, but he won't
  answer any messages. I'm the one in charge of keeping this thing updated.
  So bug me, leave that old man alone. ;)

THE END

Geese Howard is dead...

Right?
