Detailed Description

Compile a text file with IDC function(s).

Parameters

	file	name of file to compile if NULL, then "File not found" is returned.
[out]	errbuf	buffer for the error message
	cpl_flags	Flags for compile_idc_file() or 0

Return values

true	ok
false	error, see errbuf
